RE: News Release - AcquisitionnDiamond, I was thinking the same thing...things are strangely quite here...and no comments on Phillippe's departure!
And his departure is concerning to me. We now?  If they have been working on this deal for a year, why would the COO leave just before they announce the biggest NR this company has seen in 2-3 years?!
And to buy a company almost half it own size, that is not making any money either, and go in debt in doing so!
What happen to "profitability"?
My concern is Phillppe didn't agree with this deal, nor the timing of it. And with his vision into the future of CMH, HE choose to leave.
