RE: RE: RE: RE: Another sale!I'm only guessing but whoever is doing the selling probably has a cost base below
.50. I say this because the last million shares sold over sept 15-16 were sold at this level. I can't see a big fund (eg hunter hall) buying at $1-$2.50 only to dump it at
.50. I'm assuming this is the CFO selling his stock but I don't really know for sure. I'll hunt around for insider selling info. It has been an iceberg selling order. Usually only 10k-20k shares are shown on the ask and when those shares are sold, another 10k-20k appear. Currently there are 22k shares on the ask for
.45. I suspect the selling isn't over yet by this large holder. But, when they are done selling the stock should come back. The stock went DOWN after the news release about the 47 unit deal which makes no sense. This deal is nice but not great because it was not to a wind farm operator or OEM manufacturer. The deal helps confirm the technology works at wind sensing but doesn't help confirm the 10%+ energy savings on a wind turbine. There are several trials ongoing with wind turbines. Once one large deal is signed this stock could really move. It will be a turning point because it validates the technology and has money behind it. Follow on orders by other wind farm operators will be easier because they have shown legit sales. I see this snowballing to the point where wind farm operators will be calling CTW. The two up coming conferences will help spread the word about CTW.
If the stock does stay in this low range it will make raising money even more dilutive (which sucks). Hopefully the stock recovers before they need to raise the next round. If an order is large enough they might be able to finance it with debt instead of equity.
All that said, this is a pure speculation and not an investment. After a few years of sales and profits under their belt it might become a good investment.
