RE: Sask.Ottawa not ready to approve PotasIn looking at the comparison I remain puzzled. The key numbers - capital cost, annual production and the like are almost identical. Why then would the payback period for KCL only be 3.3 years and for WPX it's more than twice that?????   What accounts for this huge difference? Can anyone explain it?
