RE: Big Contracts??Invested back in 1990's talking at North Shore Winter Club with president at the time and this is a dog... was much higher 15 years ago when Exxon Valdez provided a huge opportunity but ships are slow to adapt. Still don't see the pop here.... collect as it's high right now!
