Canada Rare Earth Corp. operates a global essential minerals business in the rare earth minerals and products sector. The high-purity simple oxides include cerium oxide, dysprosium oxide, erbium oxide, europium oxide, gadolinium oxide, and holmium oxide, among others. The rare earth fluorides include lanthanum fluoride, neodymium fluoride, and yttrium fluoride.

AGM Notice

Received AGM notice today. Does anyone else feel that granting the Company the ability to issue up to 20% of outstanding shares to insiders dilutes the share value or is this normal for rewarding hard work? Personally, I would like my share value to be maintained but I also want inspired people increasing my share value. Is 20% too high?
