HNUs investment objective, is to seek daily investment results, before fees, expenses, distributions, brokerage commissions and other transaction costs, that endeavour to correspond to up to two times 200 Percentage the daily performance of the Horizons Natural Gas Rolling Futures Index the Underlying Index, Bloomberg ticker CMDYNGER. HNU is denominated in Canadian dollars. Any US dollar gains or losses as a result of HNUs investment are hedged back to the Canadian dollar to the best of its ability. The Fund To be successful in meeting its investment objective during the period, HNUs net asset value should have gained up to two times as much on a given day, on a percentage basis, as its Underlying Index rose on that given day. Conversely, HNUs net asset value should have lost up to two times as much on a given day, on a percentage basis, as its Underlying Index declined on that given day.

GOM rig count down 6 (from 21 - 15)

Total gas rigs operating in the USA 967 (up from 710 a year ago) and down 15 on the week.

The GOM number above is why I find it interesting that the NG bulls are so focussed on hurricaines. They will have a limited impact on NG production.

I all comes down to the economy and winter weather. Neither of which is going in the right direction at the present time.

Having said all of that I did buy HNU today thinking that the emotional side of the trade might give NG a boost into the close. Did not happen and am still trying to figure out if I sell now or hold over the weekend.
