It may be that Soho will merge or sell out or whatever.
Ralph does not purchase shares in his own venture so something is up.
No matter what it does not matter to me.
I am still a shareholder here but wrote off Ralph's allegiance to the shareholders that built his company when he diluted us out for 100 million shares at a nickel to prolong his gig.
I really enjoyed listening to Bob Quartermain of SSRI fame yesterday on FSN when he described his role as a CEO as an opportunity to make shareholders money and create value for them.
What a concept.
