but it's most always the case.  I do think that James should have tempered his "Watershed year" comments and I wonder if it had to really come down to this.  Perhaps too much arrogance from all stakeholders screwed the whole thing up.
I sold for a large loss, but this is only one of 10 highly speculative plays I am into, so you have to know what to do in this circumstance.  Mondays trading will be interesting, but I'm glad to be out at this point.
Unlikely return to shareholders seems to be consistent with what has transpired.
