RE: permitIt is up to BZA to request a halt if BZA felt that the public needed equal time to digest the NR.  Given most of the BZA is coming from Europe, I do not think a halt would help any different as the BLM usually does things towards the end of the business day.
BZA needs to plant personal at the YUMA office and not leave until the constipated and pedantic minions sign the Record of Decision which approves the EA and MPO.
Once the RoD is signed then BZA can announce there financing proposal which should include extra funding to close additional production opportunities in Arizona.  The Oatman mine is permitted next door and up for sale so BZA can leverage their surrounding property and utilize the permitted Oatman mine for production. This would be a clear way of becoming a mid tier producer and get this SP to beyond $1.25 per share.
