We will know later this week when the Form of Proxy is mailed out by Computershare. You will note from the August SEDAR disclosure that this is a SPECIAL AND ANNUAL MEETING. Given that the Board and Management has not disclosed ANYTHING - logic prevails that we need to get prepared for something extraordinary.
The simple fact is that only the Board and NDX management knows the form of proxy slate now.
