BNC got their collective genitals kicked by the regulator on this one...that is clear....with pants down to boot, noting the lengthy time required to actually issue the non-release. One has to assume that Jenn Jenn and her 1e6 monkeys crafted that gem in the 4 hours they had.
Either way, spec drove this to this level, spec will continue to drive it....here's hoping we get to $2 before the announcement on Thursday.....
