RE: RE: Finally Decent Movement in SPPerhaps. But if that is truly the case, then by SP and market volume appearances, one of the following has to be the situation:
1. They are not having much success marketing the company to anyone, hence no reason to leak anything, and the SP remains stuck.
2. They are having some success and have sparked interests with some majors, but talks are not really serious yet, and much work is left to be done.
Difficult to know whether 1 or 2 is correct right now.
I wonder what the deal is with Anglogold. One of ITH's directors was with Anglo and resigned, citing potential conflict of interest - which to me would have been a clear sign that Anglo was in some way going to want in on the action, either throughout total buyout of JV. But that has been months ago, and the general public has not seen any sign of movement from Anglo's part.
If there was some serious discussion of negotiation going on, you would think we would see something price or volume related. Something at that level is difficult to keep hidden.
