RE: RE: RE: RE: TD

RE: RE: RE: RE: TDI partially disagree with you on the notion that TA is useless on junior venture stocks.
Since a lot of people actually follow technicalls, when there is enough volume (as LGO has had), then the self fullfilling prophecy part of TA often happens. People see a double top ... they'll sell (though double tops are the most over-rated signal ... EVER) ... and then people will get scared and sell into it, then it falls ... those who invest in juniors are the most apt to get scared of a falling stock or to over indulge in a bull run assuming there's more to come.
You see it everytime someone says "should be an interesting day tomorrow" ... you know full well they would have said that regardless of how the stock did that day.
If anything ... on the Venture ... FUNDAMENTALS are the least reliable way to invest ... because most companies here simply don't have any .. or if anything, the fundamentals are terrible, in which case, why are you investing.
No .. the Venture is a casino ... everyone full of high hopes and dreams. A few hit the lucky 7's, a key black jack ... some break even, but over the long run, the house always wins. Just be glad to leave with the shirt on your back.
There's not much you can look at on the venture except management and price action (TA). The former because that's what would make a successful company ... the latter because price action is telling you what the market is actually thinking at that moment. ... right now, the market is not sure what to think.
Lets see what it thinks tomorrow.
