Have faith with ITH.  A 1/4 dilution has developed only 6% decline.ie. We collected $100,000,000 for a dilution cost of $25,000,000.  This is a nice Show towards development. encouraging suitors who can thereby  pocket a dp towards development.
It's taken time but  ITH has done well not only divesting healthy exploration targets, and printing this money, but I believe encouraging a buyout of their giant resource (not simple!). 
Now thinking they might have gone for $200 - 250 million bucks!! That would have caught a larger piece of the big boys' attention!
