If new investors are convinced that Mitec has indeed turned the corner as evidenced by market acceptance of their products then they take a fair chunk of the equity in terms of percentage ownership. Along with that comes the need for fewer shares outstanding after a financing.
Thus I prefer to have a smaller interest in a better financed firm that seeks to return to an 'investment grade' status, than to hang on to a penny stock status forever.
I am convinced that management has a solid game plan in mind and are executing the best they can with what they have.
With a capital infusion they will reach their sales targets more quickly. Their technology lead can only last so long without the sales that go with it.
Otherwise the competition will just stomp over Mittec and it will be game over.
Bring on a financing and a reverse spli and get it over with soon.
