For a financing they would walk the stock down. Also. they can make it for 50 cents and the stock is trading for 60 cents. It would make the financing very attracttive.

Then I would understand the sell off, insiders selling the stock to buy the financing.

You can arrange a financing at any reasonable price as long as you get the stock exchange to approve it and believe me, this management can. 

Niko is up, so what? For them this is just one of their many projects.
