I say grau was pushed, and that the other guys in management did it because they wanted to go public and grau didn't. Isotechnika makes for a fine way for lux to go public and save a lot of time, money and regulatory hurdles, not to mention lux' senior managements very senior experience with the transplant market. Go to lux' site and look unde rmanagement..you will see what I am talking about. It all makes very good sense.
conspiratorially, this also makes one wonder about the recent failure of the fda panel thing..... I mean , what happened? lux doesnt fill out all proper data, lux then does not have to pay us a royalty immediately, (and they are short of cash from what I have read) and, isa's share price got wacked.
