RE: RE: RE: RE: Re: Goldmanif it is a hostile takeover....they don't have to reason.....if lux wants to, it will be a friendly one, cause Lux and ISA has a legal binding to oblige and the premium for the offer should be acceptable according to industrial norm..it is hard to value the drug....only those in the pharmaceutical industry can give us an assessment......sounds like you are contented with a buck offer...lol
