Bert - That's normal procedure to post the possibility of a rollback, but
please be advised, if the market responds in a positive manner to the
upcoming news, we may never see a rollback. It's all about money,
they will need to do a financing to continue with the project. If we do
see a rollback, it could be just 2-1 & not 5-1, which may stick to one's
mind. Also keep in mind that there are VIP's, who don't want to see a
rollback. R !
