Mr Armstrong,

 

I have attached the management circular mailed out last springwhich includes the shareholders rights plan within in it.  The Causewayagreement remains conditional on Valiant Petroleum filing a Field DevelopmentPlan.  We expect this to be filed in the 4th quarter (howeverthis is dependent on Valiant being able to identify the best productionoption).  There are some other minor conditions as well.
