At that point, EFR just put any thought of mining on hold while working on the mill licensing. It's been a LONG patient road as management just never said a thing, took big salaries and the share price kept tanking from "the good old days". I, too, got in back in the Glaser above 2-bucks a share days, but have averaged down, painfully.
We are waiting on the decision by the Colorado Department of the Environment (or something like that), which really should be the final approval required for the mill. In the NR, the new CEO says that decision should be early in 2011. Of course, I think everyone expects legal challenges, but if we get that mill permit, any litigant will be facing an uphill battle. Delay, though, could be substantial.
