RE: RE: Pinetree Buys 1 Million GCU Shares

RE: RE: Pinetree Buys 1 Million GCU SharesActually Pinetree together with Pinetree associate Sheldon Inwentash sold approx. 700k GCU shares on the open market @ 45.4 cents and bought into GCU's PP financing @ 45 cents, so don't count that into the equation because the open market sells are replaced by their participation in the PP financing.

They then bought an extra 450k @ 70.2 cents, 450k @ 70.2 cents and 1.050 million @ 78 cents or 1.95 million shares at an average price of 74.4 cents,  for a total of $1.45 million.

The question is, what makes GCU shares so enticing to Pinetree that they decided to invest an extra $1.45 million at a 65% premium to what they invested in the PP financing that just closed Sept. 23?

We shall soon find out.  GLTA
