.10 per share earnings next year.  We should easily see $1.50 this time next year.
The recent acquisition is very exciting.  However, I wished they would"ve gone into more detail with respect to the transaction itself.  In partnership with whom? What % is Centric's share?  Where is the $7 million cash coming from? Loan? Line of credit?  Any thoughts?
