RE: RE: Balarat project Yukon, info. Curiouser andIn my October newsletter from Casey Research there is a table listing some of the companies exploring in the Yukon and on it is Daulton Capital Corp with their property called Balarat.
I went to the Yukon Mining website and did a search for Hinterland and the claims listed are on this search page:
https://apps.gov.yk.ca/pls/htmldb/f?p=116:2:15063434885454306334::NO:::
From the Yukon Mining Lands Viewer - https://www.yukonminingrecorder.ca/ymlv.html
I found HMI's Ballarat property - various Grant Numbers and claim numbers TIK 1 to TIK 82 with Hinterland Metals Inc as 100% claim owner as shown on the search page - claims to expire in 2015.
HMI has many other claims - 148 (82 being Ballarat)
If the page for the search does not show up use this search page
https://apps.gov.yk.ca/pls/htmldb/f?p=116:1:15063434885454306334::NO:1::
I selected "Quartz" "Active" and owner company name: Hinterland Metals to get the info.
I did a search for Daulton Capital and came up with no entries. A search for claim names Ballarat and Balarat also came up with no entries.
Further searching the claims on the interactive map - the claim parcel to the southeast of HMI's is registered to Shawn Ryan. News releases on Daulton Capitals website show that they acquired an option for claims from him back in March. https://www.daultoncapital.com/investors-news-2010-03-18.php
Their description of Balarat being 3 miles southeast of the Black Fox property confirm that this is the property area.
Further to the south is Silver Quest Resources claims 'TAK'.
So playing around with the map and the search page I just figured out if you take the name of the claim and put it in the search box all the info comes up. e.g. put TAK in the claim name box
- took me awhile to figure this out.
The big ANGEL block to the east belongs to Cash Minerals and Mega Uranium and further east of them is Northern Freegold's REV.
I am adding to the TAKU GOLD map from their website other claims and owners for this area using the Yukon Mining Lands Viewer.
I noticed that there are other similar names on the mining claim map - i.e. KOFFEE and COFFEE.
Have a wonderful weekend.
