While I agree in principal to your points there is more to it than meets the eye.
The key to dilution is this: You must produce more value than dilution for the stock to keep rising.
Ever see those great valued companies who's insiders hold like 60 percent of float, have money in the bank and yet have a small market cap ?
That happens because they didn't share the love.. They are eventually discovered and some taken out but only hard core hacks like us surfing for value on these boards ever really know about them.
I don't mind raising money at anytime if the placees are going to help me get to where I need to be.
This placement is obviously all insiders and friends and family. That's why there is no finder's fee..
This puts shares in those people's hands.. people who need this stock to go up.
Yes they paid .40 cents... but flow-through is 100% tax deductible for the purchaser.. great for high income earners.
Get to write it off and then pay 25% on any capital gains in the future... which the placess know they will get.. cause they are friends and family.
So in this case... a very undervalued stock.. let them share the love.. in the end it's better for all of us.
