Neighbours

NeighboursOur neighbours, both presently drilling have JV Partners:
Castanha 2 - Angola Onshore
Pluspetrol, Operator            45%
Roc Oil                                    10%
Force Petro                            20%
Sonagol                                  20%
Cuba Petro                               5%

NGamzi, DR
Soco, Operator                    65%
Cohydro                                15%
Inpex                                       20%

I would expect it would make sense for ENG to JV a portion of Lotshi, I do not believe it is realistic
to expect they will continue to hold 90%.  I suspect Jeff is waiting for Seismic results to know what
the potential may be.

RE:  Namibia
It would be a dream to have HRT as a Candidate to replace Nakor, then we ENG shareholders
would be the recipients of Byron Kings promotion.

I agree with Passportcheck - ENG is an Investors Dream.  Let us hope for a Happy Ending.
