RE: shale gas is here to stay

RE: shale gas is here to stayI do agree that SHALE GAS is here to stay ...................BUT !

Yes a HUGE but.............

The noise coming from the people living near wells already in production (true or not ) is getting everyones attention.
Enough noise that Politicians are taking notice and asking "what can we do to ensure it is safe"

Well it is true the shale gas has impacted the price I would say that UNTIL such a time they can prove it 100% safe to your kids drinking water. After all it could be your kids drinking it ........Would you ?
I have seen the water turn brown from Stimulant and have seen water ignite....
Methane in the water table ............YES it is happening........
Rare I agree but if your on the same water table the rock cracked and let the gas drift into. Now what ?

Imagine if it supplied a town well !!!!!!!   just think about it ............

The amount of new wells approved will be limited for a while....................
I think you can see the States bring the clean water act to bear on new wells .........That will force a cleaner more environmentally friendly way of doing things.

Most companies in the States refused to disclose what they were pumping down the hole stating property rights to the chemicals used.
NOT GOING TO FLY ANYMORE.........................People want (have a right) to know what goes in the ground.

Just the way it is .......................OIL SANDS regulation ...........SHALE GAS regulation ............
Clean and environmentally sensitive ..........

lets just see how they respond.
