We have all heard this sort of rubbish about Canadians  vs Americans many times previously and it is little more than idle chatter from old women, spineless government workers and/or free trade moles hoping to weaken Canadian self confidence in order to control Canada's vast resources.

I'd suggest you exercise more, cease believing everything you read, and stop letting the bullies kick sand in your face when at the beach :-)
