It would be quite the scam...
if these concerns you have were not anticipated seriously by the company. My sense is that they are serious about mining coal. The issue of contracts is something that is usually kept confidential until it is appropriate for public consumption.
As far as the mining goes, if they have prepped the underground as the pictures prove and are planning to truck and then rail the product then how could they have forgotten or been negligent about a piece of this puzzle.
I don't buy the skepticism.
You may get some info in a response but then they may just say-- leave the details to us, we're on top of it.
The info they have diseminated has been sparse in my opinion, I would love to see more freqeunt updates but nothing has made me suspect an elaborate con game going on. Too much money spent, too many reputations at stake for this to be true.
I dislike the tones that develop on these boards too but your posts came across as from someone trying to jerk our chains here, not introduce serious discussion.
