RE: NInelives:What can you do? They have been in the driver seat since they started this entire business contract with NIS. NIS gave them "carte blanche" and they took it and ran with it. Why wasn't there any milestone time periods attached to the JVA with respect to the building of the mill installation etc.? In reality, they could have kept this entire project going for another 2 or three years and NIS wouldn't have had much recourse, would they? The Agreement needed to have a timeline built in to it so that if ANX missed one, it would have cost them something off their 60% or a cash penalty, but Wareham left it wide open for ANX.
Now, as through the entire takeover process, they are again in full control. They said "no further dilution to NIS shareholders" and then they issue Debentures with those warrants attached at only .30cents good for 18 months. Exactly what are they producing at Pine Cove? Surely they must be producing enough gold monthly to cover another 770,000$ of capex? Wouldn't you think so?
What happened to all of the lines of communication with their shareholders. If I recalled, ANX criticized NIS for keeping us in the dark. I think its worse now because ANX does have enough going on to keep us well informed and updated. Once Lew allowed himself to get involved with the likes of a Sood from Navina....I shuttered. Sood is another smooth operator and it seems that there was a conflict of interest when it (Navina) wouldn't allow NIS to go elsewhere to raise that Private Placement money. Navina, already a party to the takeover, had no business dictating whom Wareham would want to go for capital.
Anyways, the Debenture issue surprised me but the trading lows are surprising me more. Where is Sood now, given that he has plenty invested for his clients, in the Pine Cove operation, through ANX? Why isn't he pressuring ANX to start promoting the Company and to get out there in to the marketplace with some kind of a roadshow to get investors and analysts across North America interested in the Anaconda story? Hasn't he ever heard of Bay Street; Howe Street and Wall streets? Does he not realize that without some investor relations, we will be going nowhere again!
Partner or no Partner in Chile, those ore bodies are going to cost a small fortune to "unlock" their value, using their own favourite expression. Right now, I want Lew or whoever is calling the shots at ANX, to start "unlocking' the value in Pine Cove...afterall...we are producing gold...not meatballs. AND....by the way....just where is ANX's meeting going to be held anyways...he fails to indicate this on the Notice of Annual Meeting...in MOA's offices maybe? At .21 cents, that puts us at about .088cents for NIS based on .42 ANX for 1 NIS share. Not bad, we get less than .09cents and ANX gets a mill, a mine, and gold production for 7-12 years worth how many millions of dollars a year was that???
