PotpourriTake a day off and find all kinds of info, comments, so I'll join in.
Artie, not all us retired ,combat experienced ,military on this forum fall for the YNG Headquarters BS the way Richard does.  Remember, he is a "Peacetime Veteran?" , and they are noted for  being great "mouthfighters".I pity him for his gullibility.  I am  really amazed at how the suckers, oops, investors, fell for the YNG BS the way we did . YNG has not reported one cent of profit for over  four and a half years and has LOST well over  $200,000,000 in that period of time, and yet I read all the "Sucker Talk" on this forum about how great YNG is, and is going to be. Time for a "REALITY CHECK" .
As  for  the class action lawsuit filed by the workers for their back pay from 2008, pay for work they did for YNG over 2 years ago.   According to a retired military JAG (Judge Advocate General) attorney, YNG has violated the gag order and should be found "IN CONTEMPT"  by the court. This is just  a cheap trick by YNG to try to turn the workers against their attorneys, a wedge issue, and even try to get some sympathy  for "POOR OLD YNG".  I said monthes ago that YNG would try to "lowball" the workers and it has come true. It  was suggested by the JAG atty  that the workers demand a speedy trial and let a jury decide the merits of the case, and let a jury of their peers come up with a fair settlement, and stop tryng to deal with POOR YNG, and take the judge out of the equation.  They have been stalled long enough.
