Won't Run

Won't Run

I agree, there are far too many shares and warrants out there and as a result ths stock suffers from overhang.  However; I am wondering why all of a sudden the insiders are selling all their shares only to renivest with warrants attached?   Seems to me that if they thought these holes were duds they would be dumping but then brokering a private placement for the next round of drilling.

Seems interesting to say the least.  I am not yet convinced if mangement has an idea about the assays or not but the latest non-brokered private placement raises a few questions. If she runs past 20 this week after the placement is closed then I bet the assays are hot.

  Food for thought?
