in order to earn the 75%, they have to pay CUU's costs multiplied x4....
if 40%, multiplied x3...
if 20%, multiplied x2...
this amount paid to CUU will be applied to CUU's portion of contruction costs...
everything cost-wise after that, CUU will have to pay their 25% portion....
Teck is only responsible to arrange financing for CUU after that point ...
