Here is what was said about 401K
"The offer also is for $75,000 to cover any 401k contribution claims and $100,000 in enhancements for the five named plaintiffs, according to court documents"
Now, the big question is...do you actually know what these workers wanted for a 401K settlement....or are you just trying to confuse the issue with all your verbal BS ....and CCrap? They got all their back pay....they got all their medical payments....and the 5 plaintiffs got an extra 100KUSD thrown in....

How much of Newmont's stockpile on the pad have they milled ? Or how much is still owed to Newmont ?
why don't you call YNG, and ask them ....that to me seems the easiest solution....unless you haven't got the balls to ask them .....Which I figure you haven't....just make the call caddo.....Richard
