Not bull...insiders have 10 days to report trades to sedi.ca which mmost likely feeds canadianinsider.ca after that.

tmxmoney is run by the TSX and the summary report does show the 355k shares sold.

Watch canadianinsider.ca next week - or better yet learn to use sedi.ca for much better data. Get detailed or summarized reports of insider holdings including shares, warrants & options...
