You state that you had to own the share as of Jul 03 2007 and still have. I didn't think you still had to own the shares to be part of the distribution but I may be wrong. Also you said you would talk about any worthy news. What's your take on this Stewart guy, or is he not 'newsy" enough for you.  If so, do you have any idea of what ISM's strategy is going forward. Apparently from the news release there was a strategy in place but I don't ever remember it being announced publicly. Thanks in advance,
