Anyhow, if he were an insider, how could he go about recommending the stock without being seriously conflicted? To the best of my knowledge, he has always been a straight shooter, so I doubt very much that this is the case. Assuming this insider transaction data is correct, I'd have to guess that the seller has to be Dundee, who would qualify as an insider given their large share position which is > 10% of the outstanding, but I could be wrong.
PGDwhatif: if you could put a name to the numbers, that would be appreciated. I don't have a problem with people digging up dirt as long as it's genuine.
