RE: RE: the reason why Igor resigned is...the personnel changes were imposed by the parent Severstal who put their people in the top positions.
They did a great job in optimizing operations so I am more than happy with them.
The change of auditor was very normal because Severstal is audited by KPMG while HRG was not.
To avoid unnecessary delays and costs they changed the auditor to KPMG, it's as simple as that.
Please do not try to scare people out of their shares.
Just buy at 1.37 the upside is still big enough so that a few cents don't matter.
