Meanwhile I see that The Port of Belledune has received $7 million from the NB government to build a factory on port land. Not clear whether this is the land to have been bought from BEV but if it is then there should be another $3 million of cash.

Can you explain why a broker needs to go through the exchange when he has matched buyers and sellers ?
