RE: GREAT NEWS!!!!

RE: GREAT NEWS!!!!@prescient, I agree this financing at $4.25 is good, not great, but good. As I've stated, I would prefer closer to $5 than $4, but it's not too bad. If you calculate a weighted average of units and flow through shares, you get $4.41 per share. Also, considering that QRM has traded above $4.25 for only 10 days in the past year, again the price level is quite acceptable.
.
As you and others have said, the total of $46 million will allow management to focus on advancing the project without distractions related to financing. In addition, the stock should be released to trade freely with only minor "controlled or manipulative" price action for the next year.
.
Regarding Misery Lake: At this point I view exploration work at Misery as of low importance. I prefer them to focus on expediting the advancement of Strange Lake. If Strange Lake advances to mine construction (which I see no obstacles currently preventing this), than Misery is more of a strategic asset. In essence, if it also demonstrates world class potential, it could be used to effectively "scare" competing REE projects out of developing their deposits. Quest would have a producing Strange Lake, and could threaten to develop Misery and flood the market with REEs.
.
However, because of the scale of Strange Lake, I do not think Misery is at all necessary.  As further drilling is carried out, I expect they will have sufficient reserves for over five decades worth of production from Strange Lake alone.
.
Looking forward to the financing closing.
