RE: RE: The LBE Truth Is Clear & Concise!LLegend7,
So, what have I put forth that warrants the snide comment "Doingabadjob"? Is it that you, like Victor2009 and his entourage, are in denial of the truth and resort to childish tactics to deflect from truth regarding LBE. That is a clear sign of someone who is not only in denial, but one that moves you into the realm of a "pumper", one who lacks objectivity and is blind to the truth and issues surrounding LBE. Everyone expects that childish behaviour from Victory2009 as he makes a fool of himself, day in and day out, and he obviously has nothing else that is meaningful in his life. You really have to pity a person like that as they have so little to live for. Legend7, best to stick to the facts regarding LBE and keep the personal stuff to a minimum as everyone sees through that crap and the idiots that post it. My personal preferences in life are my personal business and I certainly would not post them here. You would be a fool to answer similar questions on this BB. This is the LBE BB and is here to discuss LBE related topics. I did answer your question regarding the conversion of the preferred shares if you go back and read it. Given that I stick to the facts I presented both scenarios. A "basher" would discuss the negative ramifications on the LBE share price in the event the "preferred" shares are converted. My issue with the "preferred" shares is that JJ realizes that this option directly impacts the current share price and leaves the minority shareholders "hanging". Is this situation in the best interest of LBE. You would think that JJ, as the sole majority shareholder with controlling interest in LBE, would move in the best interest of LBE, but that is a whole other discussion.
