OK, so just exactly what interest rate would you charge to lend a small cap. exploration stock $3 million for a year. I can tell you 23% would not be nearly enough for me. No collateral and reasonable chance of total loss, at best they would pay me off in cheap shares that head down and get rolled back.. 23% is cheap or expensive depending on how you look at it and the alternatives. Would you prefer a PP and share dilution?
