My Trading Strategy

I will be looking at the Call Chain price for MFC to see if the option premiums will go higher than normal due to uncertainty surrounding earnings next month. If the premium condition is right I will sell some out-of-the-moneycovercall.

Now: Mr. Bushhog is confident that MFC is going to double be next year to $25.00 from today’s closing price.

So I will collect my premium, sit and wait for it to rebound if the share price drops after earrings.
