The Company's subsidiaries include AXMIN Limited (BVI), Aurafrique SARL (CAR), SOMIO Toungou SA (CAR), and others.

RE: RE: Fair valueThis stock is trading under $.20 because it is being accumulated.   Last news say there are good with cash up to mine financing time.  So big boys can not get in cheap..  So they are playing the stock shaking the retails for their cheap share before they run it up to the .20s.
