RACI

RACII have considered Business Best Practices method in determining my investment in ENG.
R    Responsibility
A    Accountable
C    Consulted
I      Informed
RESPONSIBILITY
Jeff's past history shows he is responsible.
ACCOUNTABLE
I believe ENG's Mgt Team is accountable.  Sintez accountability appears questionable, which in turn
has hurt ENG's shareholders.
CONSULTED
After reviewing the various firms who have been consulted on 1711 and the men appointed with
diplomatic and political skills involved with Govts of DR and Namibia, also GII, ENG have demonstrated
their ability to surround themselves with the best.
INFORMED
Due to the Namibian Govt declaring a Tight Hole Status, Investors have not been informed and due to
ENG choosing not to stary for testing of 4698 m, they too were not informed.  Jeff now has the opportunity
to inform shareholders as The Congo unfolds and the opportunity as Interim Operator to convince
Namibia Govt to remove the Tight Hole Status in the future.
Hope this helps fellow shareholders.
