RE: RE: John Helmer's Latest ...   As ThyFish has stated I don't think Severstal would take the chance on being fraudulent in their statements. The chance on being called out on it would be far to damaging to the upcoming IPO, IMHO it is reasonable to say IF? Prognoz resources are being counted towards HRG (Severstal) resources the court ruling is in our favor.
