RE: RE: RE: RE: Embeded or in Bed

RE: RE: RE: RE: Embeded or in BedAdam, your points are taken well, but I wonder if you could pose a scenerio where a J/V with Allana could easily fend off such a take over bid by a major. That is the real question at hand, as I believe that we are firing on all cylinders on other matters.
How do you structure a deal with lets say... an American Funding Agency where the deal is not transferable to a third party? I also believe that the Chinese are waiting to further deal with Allana and would like to have another deal for more of the offtake potash and put more money toward the capex of the mine. This will be done, at a much higher share price to reduce dillution to share holders, and hats off to management for waiting. I am very confident that positive outcomes are pending and will be in our best interest, I do not want the party to end with a major that has only one goal in mind (profits from buying resources at a low price and selling them at a high price) to take us out. Please understand that BHP is only here for one thing, profits, and to possess them at the lowest price possible! This is their mandate as a multi-national miner.
