RE: RE: copper/gold

RE: RE: copper/goldbikerack,

Piker....I'm your biggest fan...but sometimes you perplex me.

dont mess with my ego, its still very beaten and bruised from the 2007/2008 mining collapse, and you making fun of me only brings back the bad memories!!

but seriously, Ive been a long term consistent accumulator of AME cause I truly beleived is was a great  project and it was close to home so I could get to know it, I just didnt understand how bad the old AME mgmt where at runnnig a public company, how much shareholder money they where capable of wasting and how ineffective they could be at developing a great project

I learned my lesson, Im a better investor now, my lessons from this AME journey have helped me make a lot more money on other investments

I started out buying AME at .31 in late 2005, I bot as high as .80 in one financing, I bot as low as .04 in Dec 2008, Ive sold shares as high as 1.03 and as low as .14, my avg cost is close to .25, I now look at all my AME holdings as if they where purchased in the .20 Dec 2009 financing which I took part in, so Ive got .20 stock and .30 warrants, if you analyze the AME volumes and financing since summer 2009 I think you will agree that most shareholders are now in a similar cost position to me, so most will be satisfied with mgmt for now

Im a happy camper right now with a 40% increase in less than a yr AND a pile of 3 yr warrants, could I have done better investing elsewhere over the last 5 yrs you bet I could have but you can always find better investments when looking in the rear view mirror

Why, pray tell, do they have to learn to keep shareholders informed ? Does it not occur to you that most of these folks who are 'so-called' managing these pissant little penny ponies have self interest as their foremost concern. They live off, and afford themselves a decent lifestyle from other folks money.  They pay lip service to their shareholders when convenient...when they're raising cash or often times they can be somewhat verbose when they're running a little 'hustle' on the stock...but the rest of the time they pretty much say and do what they want when they want.

sad to say but I agree with your assessment which not only applies to 'little penny ponies' but also the largest financial insitutions in the world and to most government institutions who live off the taxpayer cash flow and operate for the benefit of themselves and their 'friends in high places', its a sad world but I still gotta invest somewhere and there are good mgmt teams out there, mgmt has become a top priority for me

you gotta admit AME has changed
- old corp mgmt gone, it shoulda happened a few yrs earlier but it happened
- B of D is strong for a small penny pony
- Excell is new corp mgmt and is totally different, he has a great reputation, he has great experience, hes not a penny pony hustler

I think AME finally has the complete mgt package, strong B of D, strong corp mgmt, strong mining people

Im behind Excell 100% and Im still a very large AME shareholder!!

now lets see if they can create real shareholder value and maybe make up for giving so much away in the KGHM deal
