BNN - Lumber prices rise to max allowed

Just saw a note on BNN "Lumber prices rise to max allowed by exchange." It is found in the bottom right burgandy box and repeats every few minutes. Anyone else see this or have info?

Also strange that there was a block of 2,000,000 IFP.A shares traded today with this news and with the quarterly report due out soon.
