This is the most important part of the release. This is the most important part of the release. I feel they arereally onto something here. 400,000 plus ounces is a great start andthere should be more there. Close to infrastructure like highways, 10km from Sherbrooke, so finding workers will not be a problem, water, electricity, all is in close proximity to the property. As a matter offact you can drive right up onto the property as there is a road thatruns right through it. So i see this as a low cost exploration deal.No helicopters needed. I am seriously pumped about this one.
Please do your due diligence.
Cheers
The McDonald Project is located in the southwestern part of the QuebecAppalachians in the Eastern Townships region of the Province of Quebec.Uragold's Moe River Property forms the western edge of the property. Theproperty then extends east out to the Eaton River property. Thenorthern limits are 10 km from the city of Sherbrooke while the villageof Hereford forms the southern tip of the property.
B.C. McDonald of the Geological Survey of Canada discovered the McDonaldAuriferous Till in 1966. Surface till samples of heavy mineralconcentrates were assayed to delineate auriferous areas within thesedimentary sequence of the Connecticut Valley-Gaspe Synclinorium.Auriferous till was found to be concentrated in an area at theheadwaters of such placer gold bearing drainages as the Saumon, EatonRivers and the 400,000 plus ounce placer gold deposit of the Moe River.(Uragold 43-101 Technical Report, Nov 09) Gold in recent alluvium isbeing washed from the till through which these rivers and theirtributaries flow. Uragold now holds this area of till.
Uragold is interested in finding the hard rock source from which thegold originated. It is believed that this source is somewhere within thecompany's claimed blocks.
